I’m Henry Cuellar. I’m the Democrat running for re-election to represent TX-28 and keep this critical district blue. I’m going to ask you to chip in any amount you can to help protect this seat. But first, let me share some photos from my recent travels around the district.

In my visits to Zapata County, Starr County, and Duval County, I talked with seniors, local leaders, first responders, and community members. Our discussions helped me better understand how federal resources can strengthen our community and support families - from lowering the cost of living and strengthening the economy to giving our children a quality education and expanding access to affordable healthcare.

As congressman, my top priority is making sure children and families in TX-28 have the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. In Webb County, I visited Dr. Henry Cuellar Elementary, talking to students about the exciting things they’re learning. I’ll continue building partnerships, delivering resources, and creating opportunities that strengthen our children’s education.

Supporting farms and local restaurants means supporting American businesses and the communities they sustain—so of course, I had to make some stops at SoTex Farms in Poteet and Shifters American Grill, both in Atascosa County. The tours reminded me why I keep fighting in Congress to lower costs so families can continue their livelihood and pass it on to the next generation.

Friend, building community is my driving force. I will always work for families, local leaders, and community members to deliver federal resources that improve their lives in meaningful ways – but I can’t do this without your help.
