But here's the honest truth: a recent poll shows that an Independent candidate in South Dakota has a better shot at beating Incumbent GOP Senator Mike Rounds than a Democratic candidate does. Not just that, but when voters hear about both me and Rounds, I come out leading by 8 points.

 



 

The national political parties and pundits can say what they want about Independent campaigns, but this poll reflects what we're hearing on the ground across the state, at kitchen tables and grocery stores: South Dakotans are ready for change.
