Yesterday, we delivered 20,236 signatures directly to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in opposition to their proposal to rescind the endangerment finding, which provides the government with a legal foundation to regulate climate pollution from vehicles, power plants, and other sources.
Public comments are a crucial part of EPA’s rulemaking process. This groundswell of opposition will demonstrate how the Trump regime and its polluter pals are miles away from what Americans like you want for our climate, health, and future.

EPA still needs to complete its rulemaking process before making a final decision on the endangerment finding. And regardless of what happens, we’ll be in touch soon to explain what happens next and how you can get involved. (Spoiler alert: Trump’s EPA just proposed another rule that allows it to abdicate its responsibility to protect our climate, and we’ll be asking you to take action again soon once we’ve developed our comment.)
