Team — This is a major scandal, and we have to make some noise about it.
Tom Homan is the White House “Border Czar.” He has led and overseen Trump’s violent and disastrous mass deportation agenda.
Last year, he was caught red-handed accepting a $50,000 bribe from undercover FBI agents, who were posing as contractors seeking favorable treatment under Trump’s presidency.
According to MSNBC’s new reporting, “Several FBI and Justice officials believed that they had a strong criminal case against Homan for conspiracy to commit bribery.” But when Trump took office, his FBI appointees closed the case.
This is corruption. This is a cover-up. This is lawlessness.
Just think, what would happen if Tom Homan was treated the way he and this administration has treated immigrants?
He would be scooped up off the street by masked men, denied due process, given no trial or access to his attorneys, and put on a plane to a gulag in El Salvador.
He’s lucky he’s not one of the innocent people swept up in his ICE raids. He’s even luckier that he has Trump’s corrupt FBI to protect him.
Friend, we now have a man who is a criminal, working for a criminal President, deporting people and tearing apart families under the guise of enforcing the law.
Like we said, this is a major scandal, and we can’t let this become just another footnote in Trump’s chaotic presidency. We have to get loud.
That starts with putting pressure on Congress to do their constitutional duty to hold the executive branch accountable. Congress deserves a full accounting of what happened in this investigation and why Trump's FBI is now covering it up.
