Israel launched a ground assault on Gaza City, displacing tens of thousands and furthering the humanitarian crisis. Over 60,000 Palestinians, most of them women and children, have lost their lives in Gaza since the war began, and more than half a million people are experiencing man-made famine.

This war is an effort to erase Palestinian identity. Yet Trump and Secretary Rubio continue to write blank checks to Netanyahu with little opposition.

It’s time for us to stop supplying Israel with weapons used to kill civilians and recognize a Palestinian state.
