This isn't a distant tragedy. US weapons are directly linked to the horrors we see unfolding every day. And each new shipment makes the nightmare worse, helping destroy what little shelter and hospitals remain in Gaza.
We've seen the horror: survivors clawing through rubble in search of loved ones; newborns dying in incubators after losing power; children orphaned with nowhere to go.
Enough is enough. Progressive champions in Congress – led by Rep. Delia Ramirez and Senator Bernie Sanders, who just became the first US Senator to name what is happening a genocide – are demanding an immediate end to US weapons shipments.
In dozens of meetings, our organizers secured key endorsements for the Block the Bombs Act. And there is a growing push led by Rep. Ro Khanna, with Our Revolution's support, for the US to join countries like Canada, the UK, and Australia in recognizing Palestinian statehood.
