Earlier this year, President Trump demanded that states hand over their voter data to the DOJ—and DOGE.
And do you know how Secretary of State Adrian Fontes responded?
In simple terms, paraphrasing, he said, "Hell no!"
He wasn’t crude about it, but the point is clear: Secretary Fontes’s job is to keep our elections secure and protect our privacy. That voter data includes sensitive information like Social Security numbers and home addresses. This is exactly why he refused Trump’s demand.
He knows the federal government has no right to access our voter data—a responsibility that, by law, belongs to the state.
But moments like this will keep coming. That’s why we need elected officials who are willing to stand up for us and show the middle finger—not just to the Trump administration, but to any administration that tries to undermine our rights to privacy, free and fair elections, and free speech.
Unfortunately, Secretary Fontes, Attorney General Kris Mayes, and Governor Katie Hobbs are all up for re-election in 2026. We must ensure they win—because if they don’t, a MAGA extremist could take office and do whatever Trump wants.
Friend, can you donate today to help us re-elect them in 2026 so we can have elected officials who'll actually stand up to Trump?
Over 64% of Arizona’s registered voters live in Maricopa County. If we’re serious about winning statewide, we have to secure victory right here in Maricopa County!
