Since getting elected in 2020, Garza has faithfully done Soros’ bidding, bringing charges against dozens of cops. But there’s one police officer Garza has made it his mission to destroy…

Officer Chance Bretches is a decorated police officer. A loving husband. An amazing father.

He volunteers his time back in the community he swore an oath to protect.

Chance is everything woke leftists hate.

That’s the only logical explanation why Garza has launched not one but TWO WITCH HUNTS against Chance.

Multiple investigations prove Chance followed his training and department protocols to a tee. But Garza won’t back down.

You see, Chance faces life in prison in two separate assault charges that Garza has outrageously brought against him:

1. In 2019, before Garza was in office, Chance was dispatched to arrest a known drug trafficker. The trafficker resisted arrest forcing Chance to use physical force to handcuff him. He was cleared by SIX different internal investigations. But upon taking office in 2021, Garza charged him with aggravated assault.

2. In May 2020 during the George Floyd riots, the Austin Police Department assigned Chance to perform crowd control and issued him a non-lethal beanbag launcher. When a rioter began throwing rocks at officers, Chance discharged his beanbag launcher. But a medic stepped in front of him and took a direct hit to the hand, losing a finger. It was a freak accident. But Garza charged Chance with assault once again.

Now Chance is scheduled to go on trial in the second case in less than 90 days which is why your support of LELDF today is so important.

We estimate a trial like this will cost at least $150,000. That does not take into account any appeals or the first case which still has not been scheduled for trial.
