Big news, team:

Just a day after we announced our biggest quarter yet — and a few weeks after election forecaster Rachel Bitecofer moved our race into the "Toss-up" category — another prominent election forecaster, Larry Sabato, announced his new rating change for TX-25. He stripped our district of its "Safe Republican" status!

We know the ink has barely dried on our last fundraising quarter, but we can't stop building on this momentum. Can you chip in $5 to help us start this new quarter strong? [[link removed]]

Let's be very clear about this: We don't rely on polls — we listen to the people. That's why we've been so successful in this race so far. Folks are hungry for a representative who will work for them, not Big Pharma and corporate donors like the Koch Brothers.

But this latest rating change sends a clear message to those same corporate donors, DC pundits, and PACs that the seats they have bought and paid for are in danger. They're going to try to flood the airwaves with negative attack ads about Julie, and we have to be able to go toe-to-toe and get our positive message out there.

Contributions from grassroots donors like you are the driving force in helping us do just that. Chip in $5 or more today to help us deliver on this momentum and flip this seat in November. [[link removed]]

Thanks for being a part of this,

Team Julie
