Donald Trump just publicly demanded that his Attorney General, Pam Bondi, more aggressively investigate and prosecute his political opponents. He’s calling out specific people by name—like James Comey, Letitia James, and Adam Schiff—and telling her to "act fast."

This is not what happens in a free, democratic society. This is the hallmark of a dictatorship. And worse than that, it's a downright impeachable offense.

It’s supposed to be a place where justice is served, impartially and without fear or favor. But Trump is treating it like his own personal army, and Pam Bondi like his personal servant. It's his tool for revenge against anyone who dares to oppose him.

And this is just the latest step. He’s already pushed out a federal prosecutor for not having enough evidence to charge one of his foes, and he’s replaced him with a personal lawyer with no prosecutorial experience.

We cannot let this stand, JOHN. This isn’t just about politics. This is about whether we have a justice system based on the rule of law or one based on the personal vendettas of a wannabe dictator.
