John,
Many of you have commented on the corruption in the courts by illegal immigration advocates that has impeded the progress to rectify the chaos inflicted on our immigration system during the Biden administration.
With our new Litigation Division, the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) is able to have more of an impact in this arena.
Year after year, battalions of immigration lawyers aligned with greedy corporate interests, lawless government officials, and anti-border activists exploit the court system to undermine enforcement of lawful immigration limits. This relentless legal assault weakens our sovereignty and disregards the rule of law established by Congress.
Without faithful implementation of immigration laws, all legal limits on immigration become meaningless.
That is precisely where FAIR’s litigation program steps in—leading the charge in critical national lawsuits that prioritize your interests first.
Representing hardworking Americans in courts nationwide, FAIR is:
* Filing lawsuits challenging unlawful stand-downs in federal immigration enforcement or refusals by state/local officials to cooperate with federal authorities;
* Filing lawsuits to defend American workers against illegal regulations that increase foreign competition for jobs;
* Intervening in lawsuits to halt collusive settlement agreements between rogue government actors and anti-border activists;
* Submitting briefs to the Board of Immigration Appeals on key cases shaping proper interpretation of immigration law; and
* Supporting allied litigants—including state and federal attorneys general—with expert briefs, research support, and strategic advice.
* So far this year, we have filed more than 60 briefs across multiple jurisdictions—and we are winning significant victories. We look forward to sharing our progress on these critical activities with you and appreciate your partnership that makes our impact possible.
Sincerely,
Dale L. Wilcox
