Aurora, Colorado

While 40 Days for Life teams around the globe are kicking off their campaigns, Lisa in Aurora closed her vigil down.

That's because the Planned Parenthood facility where her campaign took place closed this summer.

"The signs have been torn down!" Lisa said. "This is one of the best affirmations. Thank you for your faithful witness to the light of Christ and especially your prayers to end abortion," she told her volunteers.

But Lisa isn't done praying just yet. She's turned her attention to support the 40 Days for Life vigil in nearby Denver!

East Coast, United States

Dozens of 40 Days for Life leaders from across the East Coast converged upon Philadelphia for a day of advanced-level training to prepare for this fall's campaign.

The workshop included spiritual exhortation, guidance on recruiting volunteers, education on Abortion Pill Reversal, abortion industry insider information from two former Planned Parenthood managers, and more.

But the most powerful moment wasn't planned. One of the workshop participants shared that she had gone to the Manhattan, New York, Planned Parenthood for a late-term abortion--until she changed her mind!

"It was a miracle to hear her testimony!" said Kathryn, who leads a 40 Days for Life campaign in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
