JUST IN — The Sabatini Law Firm P.A. has officially filed a lawsuit on behalf of my client, Professor Richard Addante, against the Florida Institute of Technology for unlawful termination.

Florida Tech terminated Professor Addante after he recorded the President of Florida Tech discussing his plan to secure state appropriations by misleadingly re-titling course names and programs in order to conceal their race-based content and focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Prof. Addante shared the video with James O’Keefe—O’Keefe Media Group. Once it was released, Florida Tech terminated Addante.

WOKE college curriculum is insane and has no place in Florida.
