On October 6th, 2016...

We lost our friend, Officer Blake Snyder, in the line of duty while he was protecting our community.

Since then, we've committed to honoring Blake's legacy ... by bringing people together through fitness and raising money for first responders.

This year, our goal is to make the [Blake Snyder Memorial Workout]([link removed]) bigger than ever.

It's been truly incredible to witness the support from the 1st Phorm and St. Louis community each year ... helping us raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to this point...

...and this year, we are hosting the [Blake Snyder Memorial Workout]([link removed]) on Saturday, October 11th in honor of Blake and all of the first responders who have lost their lives keeping us safe.

The workout will take place from 9:00am-11:00am CDT here at 1st Phorm HQ. The address is: 2091 Fenton Logistics Park Blvd, Fenton, MO 63026.
