As a lobbyist, Mark Earley, Jr., led the crusade to force pregnant women to undergo painful, invasive, and unnecessary medical procedures.

Earley wants to completely ban abortion in all cases and even said that rape victims should be forced to give birth.

In two years as a legislator, Earley has failed to pass even a single piece of legislation and is ranked dead last in effectiveness because he’s more focused on banning abortion than engaging in real change to push Virginia forward.

Earley even voted against Gov. Youngkin’s legislative priorities like funding law enforcement and schools because they weren’t extreme enough.
