Last week on the House floor, I proudly stood with my Republican colleagues to advance legislation that defends our freedoms, reins in wasteful spending, and holds Washington accountable to the American people.
One of the most meaningful moments was the vote on the Charlie Kirk resolution where we honored his life and condemned political violence. While a strong bipartisan majority stood tall and voted for it, I was disappointed to see far too many Democrats try to turn this into a partisan issue. At a time when we should be united against violence and in defense of free speech, they chose politics over principle. That should outrage every American.
But I believe we are in the middle of a revival of American values, a renewed commitment to faith, family, freedom, and the Constitution. It’s this spirit that gives me hope and strengthens my resolve to fight every day for the people I represent.
Despite their obstruction, I’ve remained focused on the fights of protecting your tax dollars, defending the Constitution, and securing our borders. Patriotism isn’t just a word, it’s action.
But make no mistake, the Left will continue doing everything they can to weaken our nation, erase our traditions, and put America last. I refuse to let that happen. Together, we can keep the flame of liberty burning bright for the next generation.
