Like a lot of Iowa kids, I grew up hunting, fishing, camping, and enjoying the natural splendor our state has to offer.

You really can’t ask for a better place to grow up, or to raise a family.

Now, I want to make sure that my two boys, and Iowa kids everywhere, have those same opportunities.

That means a good education, clean drinking water, healthy food, and the natural beauty of the Hawkeye State.

On all those counts, partisan insiders have lost the thread, or they’ve forgotten why they were elected in the first place. But not me.
