September 22 – Did you see the march to Make Billionaires Pay over the weekend? In London, NYC, and hundreds of other communities we rallied by the tens of thousands with the global movement to make billionaires pay for climate chaos and fossil fueled fascism.

There was a great story and video on social media from the Associated Press about our NYC march and action, but you can see and share pictures from all over the world by searching the hashtag #MakeBillionairesPay.

Our next big action is bright and early tomorrow, September 23, to shut down Trump as he tries to address the United Nations. We'll meet up 7:30-8am at the steps to the New York Public Library near 42nd and 5th ave. You don't need to RSVP, but you're welcome to join this signal group if you want to get updates and announcements over the weekend.

All year we've been telling you about how Trump and his fossil fueled fascist regime profit off genocide and climate collapse. And since August we've been telling you about our plans to take the fight to the billionaires because this moment demands mass mobilization.

In less than one week, world leaders will gather in New York City for the UN General Assembly and Climate Week. We're showing up with the anti-fascist climate movement to prove to the world that climate change is real, fossil fuels power authoritarianism, and we the people of the global majority are fighting back.

And then Join us bright and early on September 23 to shut down Trump as he tries to address the United Nations. The Make Billionaires Pay March is one inflection point in an ever-growing rebellion against the fossil fueled fascist billionaires trying to take control of our government. Then, when you've marched and rallied, get ready to take Direct Action and Dump Trump on September 23rd! Trump is expected to speak at the United Nations General Assembly on the morning of Tuesday, September 23rd. We'll be there to meet him and Shut Down Trump and his fossil fueled fascist regime.

From Texas to Pakistan, flash floods are taking innocent lives because people like Harold Hamm (the billionaire fracking mogul directing Trump’s energy policy) decided their wealth mattered more than the safety of people across the world. Billionaire Peter Thiel (Cofounder of Palantir) uses AI to facilitate ICE raids that tear families apart, airstrikes that level neighborhoods in Gaza, and a whole host of violent endeavors. Then there’s the gaggle of tech billionaires like Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk, who did everything in their power to put Trump back in office.
