Anne Cram

Anne Cram is the director of the City Income Tax Bureau. She started working for the state of Michigan in 2017 and most recently led department-wide improvement and change efforts in Treasury’s Lean Innovation and Improvement Bureau. Anne has considerable experience from her time in Indiana, Michigan and Tennessee governments, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma and project management.
