[1]Juliana Stratton for Senate
I’m taking ICE head-on.
On Friday, I stood with protestors outside the Broadview ICE facility to speak out against injustice and defend our immigrant neighbors from the cruelty ICE is inflicting on our communities.

The more they try to silence us, the louder we make our voices heard.
Outside of the Broadview ICE facility, peaceful protestors were gathered singing, praying, and linking arms for their neighbors. DHS responded with tear gas and by throwing protesters to the pavement.
That’s not justice. That’s Trump’s attempt at control and intimidation. He wants to normalize having a military presence and using military-style force against peaceful protests here at home. But our courage and our community are stronger.
As Lieutenant Governor, I’ve never shied away from defending our immigrant communities, and I won’t back down now when families and basic rights are on the line.
But I can’t do this alone. We cannot let Trump’s attacks go unanswered. I need to know you’re with me.
Will you chip in whatever you can afford today to my campaign for U.S. Senate? Together we’ll keep fighting back — in the streets, in every community under threat, and we will take our fight to Washington.

Trump wants us to be quiet. He wants us afraid. But Illinois has never backed down in the face of bullies, and I won’t start now.
