John,
The next FEC deadline is next week. Over the next week, you’ll probably get a lot of messages from campaigns (including ours), so I thought I’d fill you in on why this deadline is such a big deal.
But if you’re short on time, I’ll get straight to the point and ask: Will you chip in $25 or whatever you can today to help us reach our $50,000 FEC filing goal?

After the FEC deadline, we’re required to publicly report how much money we raised. That means everyone on both sides of the aisle will be able to see how strong (or weak) our campaign is. If we raise enough, our opponents will think twice before they attack us. But if we fall short, they’ll see it as a sign of weakness and view this as an opportunity to flip a seat.
We’re running in one of the most competitive districts in the entire country, so we’ll be one of the first campaigns people look at to make their assessments on whether or not we’ll take back the House next November. That makes it even more important for us to stay on track and reach our goal.
John, with this in mind, will you contribute $25 or whatever you can to help us reach our $50,000 goal before next week’s deadline?

With gratitude & high hopes,
Josh |
