| This administration is aggressively dismantling environmental laws. |
| The Trump administration is not just rewriting the rules — it is breaking them, openly defying the long-standing laws meant to protect people, communities, and our planet. |
| Trump officials are moving to repeal the endangerment finding, which states that greenhouse gases that cause climate change are harmful; they are attempting to eliminate the Roadless Rule, which protects 45 million acres of our national forests; and, they have clawed back billions in hard-won funding for clean energy infrastructure, climate resilience, and sustainable agriculture. |
| The Supreme Court is enabling the worst of Trump’s agenda. |
| The Court’s conservative bloc has regularly abandoned precedent and common sense to rubberstamp Trump’s policies. Its attacks on nationwide injunctions, Chevron deference, and the National Environmental Policy Act all defied decades of jurisprudence. It is, to say the least, a perilous moment for the rule of law. |
| But perhaps counterintuitively, that makes our work in the courts even more urgent. |
| We will never stop fighting back — and we are winning. |
| We’ve filed lawsuits to block reckless drilling projects, safeguard our oceans, uphold clean air and water laws, and protect vital clean energy investments. Thanks to supporters like you, we’ve secured major victories: |
