September 22, 2025 – Docket No. 80029-4-WA-25 (Record No. 17924) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, Wyo. Stat. § 37-1-101, et seq., and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, the Commission hereby gives notice that the Town of Alpine (Alpine or the Town) filed an Application requesting authority to terminate its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to provide water utility service in the former North Star Utility service territory and continuing to provide service to these areas as a municipality under Wyoming Statutes §§ 15-7-601 and 602.
