James, the Supreme Court handed down a decision that green-lights racial profiling and government overreach. Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s dissent is absolutely right. No one in America should ever be targeted because of the language they speak, the job they work, or the color of their skin. But unless we speak up now, this dangerous precedent will stand.
