Friend,

Is this yet another good reason to end universal mail-in voting?

LEE FOR SENATE

USPS unions, like the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) & American Postal Workers Union (APWU), routinely endorse presidential candidates.

Both NALC and APWU endorsed Kamala Harris in 2024 & all postal-worker unions overwhelmingly favor Democrats when they endorse.

LEE FOR SENATE

This creates at least a potential conflict of interest, given that USPS handles tens of millions of mail-in ballots with each election—99.22 million in 2024 alone.

If a union backs one candidate, could that influence ballot handling?

LEE FOR SENATE

In 2020, House Oversight Committee Ranking Member James Comer raised alarms about potential political bias in USPS ballot operations.

Those defending this practice will argue that USPS employees are bound by the Hatch Act, which prohibits partisan political activities on the job—like endorsing candidates or tampering with mail.

They'll also argue that election security in this context is guaranteed by chain-of-custody protocols, bipartisan oversight, and federal law enforcement via the Postal Inspection Service.

That requires Americans to put a lot of faith in the USPS.

There's simply no way to fully mitigate against the immense risks presented by universal mail-in voting—especially considering how many U.S. Postal Service workers belong to unions that overwhelmingly endorse Democrats, many times more than Republicans.

LEE FOR SENATE

Here's the bottom line:

Although unions are legally permitted to endorse, the setup invites opportunities for election fraud.

This cozy arrangement puts USPS worker unions—which strongly prefer to endorse Democrats—in a position to manipulate the outcome of elections.

LEE FOR SENATE

What do you think? Are concerns regarding universal mail-in voting made more significant by the fact that USPS workers belong to unions that routinely endorse candidates, and overwhelmingly support Democrats when they do so?

YES
NO

The 2026 Midterms will be here before you know it. And we need to do everything we can right now to ensure our elections are safe and secure.

That starts with getting feedback from Patriots like you. Can you please answer a few quick questions within the next five minutes?

Thank you,
Senator Mike Lee

Lee for Senate

Meet Senator Lee:

Mike learned his love for the Constitution around the family dinner table. Mike's father, Rex Lee, served as Solicitor General under President Ronald Reagan and later as President of Brigham Young University. As a child, Mike attended his father's arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court, giving him a unique understanding of the government from an early age. As an attorney he developed a more complete understanding of why the Constitution is essential to the protection of life, liberty, and property.

After graduating from law school in 1997, he served as a law clerk to Judge Dee Benson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. He then clerked for Judge Samuel A. Alito, Jr., who was serving at that time on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit Court in Newark, New Jersey. After his second clerkship, he joined the Washington, D.C. office of Sidley & Austin, where he specialized in appellate and Supreme Court litigation. Several years later, Mike was invited to serve as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Salt Lake City, preparing briefs and arguing cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He served as Governor Huntsman's General Counsel and then went to Washington for a one-year clerkship with Justice Alito at the U.S. Supreme Court.

Following his clerkship, Mike joined the Salt Lake office of the Washington, D.C.-based law firm of Howrey LLP. Mike has earned a reputation as an outstanding lawyer based on his sound judgment, writing and courtroom advocacy skills, and thorough understanding of the Constitution.

As Senator, Mike has been a staunch advocate for securing our elections and defending our Constitution. And the Radical Left HATES it! They've made defeating Senator Lee and PRIMARY FOCUS.

Senator Lee needs your help. Will you chip in $10 or more to help him restore election integrity and preserve the Constitution?
