This year, the Missouri Legislature passed a temporary reform that allows voters impacted by COVID-19 to request an absentee ballot to be delivered and returned by mail. If you anticipate being gone on Election Day or if you are at-risk for contracting or transmitting COVID-19, you can request a ballot by completing the form at this link: [link removed] The deadlines to request an absentee ballot are 5 pm, Wednesday, July 22 for the Primary Election, and 5 pm, Wednesday, October 21 for the General Election.
