Oral arguments in Harrel et al v. Raoul are being heard before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals today. This is the next step in our journey to the Supreme Court to defend your 2nd Amendment Rights. 

This case challenges Illinois’ so-called “assault weapons” ban (PICA) — one of the most aggressive attacks on the Second Amendment in our state’s history. Make no mistake: this case is destined for the highest court in the land.

The politicians in Springfield know it. The gun control lobby knows it. That’s why they’ve done everything possible to delay, stall, and drag this fight out.
They are betting that we won’t have the will — or the resources — to see this battle through. But together, we’ve proven them wrong before, and with your help, we’ll prove them wrong again.
