John, They're trying to take away our liberty. The radical Left is arresting preachers, prosecuting pro-lifers, and propagating the deadly lie that "speech is violence." It's a lie that led to the assassination of Charlie Kirk. And today it's a lie we're filing against in a California court.
They are punishing a pro-life advocate for his speech – defending the unborn. They're not just taking away his First Amendment rights, but they've taken away his Second Amendment rights too. They literally charged a pro-life advocate under a workplace violence law simply for standing in defense of life outside an abortion clinic. He didn't work there. He just stood there in defense of the unborn. They charged him with violence because "speech is violence," and they've banned him from even owning a firearm in his home because of it.
