They're trying to take away our liberty.

The radical Left is arresting preachers, prosecuting pro-lifers, and propagating the deadly lie that "speech is violence." It's a lie that led to the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

They are punishing a pro-life advocate for his speech – defending the unborn. They're not just taking away his First Amendment rights, but they've taken away his Second Amendment rights too.

They literally charged a pro-life advocate under a workplace violence law simply for standing in defense of life outside an abortion clinic. He didn't work there. He just stood there in defense of the unborn. They charged him with violence because "speech is violence," and they've banned him from even owning a firearm in his home because of it.

Speech isn't violence. Speaking up for the unborn isn't violence. We MUST NOT and will not allow this lie to continue in court. That's why today we are filing a critical amicus brief in a California court defending free speech.

There has never been a more important time to defend free speech, and we urgently need you to stand with us. Defend the Constitution before it's too late.
