First, we have the INCREDIBLE news that the Trump Admin will join FPC during oral arguments at the Seventh Circuit tomorrow in our AWB case, Harrel v. Raoul.

You read that right, Friend, the GOVERNMENT is going to stand side-by-side with our attorneys and call for the destruction of “assault weapon” bans!

But that’s not all, because we’re also asking the Supreme Court to hear our other “assault weapons” ban case, Viramontes v. Cook County, which could affect AWBs across America. 

And as of right now, Cook County’s response to our SCOTUS petition is due on or before Sept. 29th. We will need to be prepared to take the fight forward!
