I served in Iraq as a Marine at the height of the war, about 20 years ago. I signed up to defend our Constitution. To make sure this exact kind of thing never happens at home. We have never, ever had a president or a White House as anti-democratic as this one.

I never thought I’d see it, but this is authoritarianism. We need to stand up now or risk losing the rights and liberties we were born with. We’ve got to stop this guy, hold him accountable, and make sure he’s run out of office with his tail between his legs.

It’s going to take a massive amount of work. And the Democratic National Committee is ready to do that work. To fight back against Trump and his cronies, and to elect Democrats up and down the ballot who will do the same.

That’s why I’m coming to you today. Will you join me in supporting the DNC with a donation?

We need to win elections in states like New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia to prove to MAGA that we won’t back down. We need to keep fighting Republicans’ attempts to redistrict states across the country. And we need to take back both the House and the Senate next year.
