I recently won a lawsuit against the Trump administration that challenged the president’s tariffs; the court ruled that most of them are illegal.

These tariffs have raised prices, cut jobs, slowed growth, and hurt families and small businesses in Nevada and across the country. Unlike Republican Gov. Joe Lombardo, who says that folks need to “feel a little pain,” I’m fighting to deliver relief as soon as possible.
