Updated EVV Policy Handbook and Revision Log

The revised Electronic Visit Verification Policy Handbook [ [link removed] ] was published on Sept. 2, 2025. EVV Operations has published a Revision Log that outlines the specific changes in the revision. The Revision Log allows users to easily identify the specific policies that have changed in each section of the handbook.

The new revision log (PDF) [ [link removed] ] is located on the EVV webpage [ [link removed] ].

The handbook revision includes updated EVV standards and policy requirements for:


* Program providers, including those approved as a Proprietary System Operator (PSO)
* Financial Management Services Agencies, including those approved as a PSO
* Consumer Directed Services employers
* Payers, such as HHSC and managed care organizations
