Friends,
When the details were released about Charlie Kirk’s funeral this coming Sunday, I knew that I had to go to stand tall in the gospel and rejoice in the hope of the resurrection. But like many of you, I’m wondering what other tangible things I can do in the aftermath of his assassination.
Right now we mourn and pray, of course. We also honor a life well-lived. An incredible husband, father, patriot.
Another way that we can tangibly show honor to Charlie is by letting his family and his organization, Turning Point USA, know the impact he has had on Minnesotans. I urge you to share what Charlie’s work meant to you and how he has inspired you to fight the good fight of faith. If you have individual connections with TPUSA, please use those. But if you would like to be part of a ‘group delivery’ of letters from Minnesota click here to submit your electronic letter.
I will personally deliver your letters to TPUSA. Let’s collectively share what Charlie meant to Minnesotans who care about life, family and religious freedom--and how he's inspired us to be even bolder in fighting for our values. As Charlie demonstrated in his short life, our words often mean more than we know, and God uses them in surprising ways.
Yours in Christ,
