The Trump administration is attacking our climate once again, attempting to roll back the Endangerment Finding, which gives the EPA authority to regulate climate pollution. This change will undo standards that limit pollution from cars and trucks, power plants, and other sources of climate pollution, worsening the climate crisis and increasing the risk of severe health conditions like asthma and lung cancer. Put bluntly, they are trying to roll back the legal bedrock for climate action and in doing so will make all of us sicker, our air dirtier, and leave communities facing even more climate disasters.
