If this administration really wanted to crack down on violence-inciting speech, what about Lauren Boebert?
John,
In the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, the administration is cracking down on free speech with the ridiculous notion that Democrats are driving violence for simply calling the administration what it is: fascist.
That’s one of the hallmarks of fascism. The meaning of words and language are inverted to manipulate people’s understanding. If this administration really wanted to crack down on violence-inciting speech, what about Lauren Boebert?
I’m talking about the Boebert who once bragged “I am the militia,” vowed to bring a gun to work in Congress, was implicated in leading reconnaissance tours before January 6th and Tweeted the location of the US Speaker on that day to a bloodthirsty mob.
And last year, on Steve Bannon’s “War Room,” she called for the creation of a Taliban-like “holy army” to “save Colorado from the left.”
While Trump pressures ABC to fire Jimmy Kimmel over harmless free speech and Attorney General Pam Bondi threatens to prosecute so-called left-wing “hate speech,” Republicans like Boebert openly glorify political violence.
This is GOP hypocrisy. They want free speech for themselves—but silence, intimidation, and even violence for anyone who dares to oppose them.
Lauren Boebert is extreme. If she wins reelection, she’ll only have a bigger platform to mobilize the extremists she courts.
