Federal actions on illegal e-cigarettes important, but long overdue steps that require further sustained efforts

Actions last week by the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and other federal authorities to crack down on the flood of illegal e-cigarettes streaming into the U.S. are long overdue, but mark an important step in protecting youth and young adults from the dangers of nicotine addiction.
