The good: We beat Ken Paxton in court on Friday! It’s important to note
that the judges on the court were all appointed by Greg Abbott. They
unanimously ruled against Paxton and immediately removed his restraining
order from our work.

The not-so-good news: We’ve had to spend nearly $400,000 on legal fees to
fight Ken Paxton and his abuse of office in court. That is a significant
portion of our cash-on-hand and was quite an unexpected cost for us.
