For over 10 years, ELPN has served the Bay Area affordable housing industry as a platform for growth, achievement, and opportunity among a cohort of affordable housing practitioners and advocates. With the help of dedicated and collaborative individuals, ELPN has brought accessible and diverse programming to affordable housing practitioners and advocates through NPH since 2014.

Last week, Housing Trust Silicon Valley announced that the Apple Affordable Housing Fund is now open for responses to the 2025 Request for Information (RFI). This Fund intends to make loans to qualified developers to help accelerate affordable housing in the greater Bay Area.

The NPH Board continues to play a vital role in helping move our collective work forward and deserves a moment in the spotlight! Join us in celebrating Consuelo Hernandez, Deputy County Executive for the County of Santa Clara, and NPH Board Member!

As the Deputy County Executive, Consuelo Hernandez’s team works to support the County’s mission of promoting a healthy, safe, and prosperous community by ending and preventing homelessness. In her role, Consuelo has overseen the implementation and administration of the County’s $950M Affordable Housing Bond and other housing development programs, coordinated the countywide network of supportive housing programs, and directed the lead agency for the local Continuum of Care.

Consuelo joined the NPH Board in 2023 and is a valued member of the Board. Thank you for your work as an NPH Board Member!
