asked for a full (En Banc Review) rehearing of this DISASTROUS ruling
at the Fifth Circuit.
That’s because, as stated in the en banc petition, if the
court’s ruling is allowed to stand, it would appear the government
will be allowed to force taxation and registration on ALL
PRIVATELY-OWNED GUNS!
We CANNOT let them get away with
this. We MUST bolster this case from the government’s imminent assault
and get Peterson
reheard ASAP!
