About Rowan Williams:
Rowan Williams served as Archbishop of Canterbury from 2002 to 2012, combining decades of pastoral work in the Anglican Church with theological writing. A specialist in fourth-century Christianity, he has written extensively on the Desert Fathers, Spanish mysticism, and Russian religious thought. He is also a poet and the author of numerous works on faith, including Discovering Christianity: A Guide for the Curious, a modern introduction to Christian belief.
