Youth shooting contest in central Nebraska
Register now for the 49th Annual Nebraska Youth Smallbore Silhouette Invitational, a fun and challenging metal target event for .22 rifle shooters from beginner to advanced.
This free competition will take place at Pressey Wildlife Management Area on Saturday, Sept. 27. (Pressey WMA is located 17 miles south of Broken Bow.) Get your friends together to form a team, or sign up as an individual, and compete for trophies and medals.
The competition is open to youth ages 11 or older who have successfully completed Hunter Education AND have not yet graduated from high school. (Proof of Hunter Education completion is required.)
If you know a young shooter who would enjoy this opportunity, pass it along. All first-time shooters at the event will receive one free box of .22 ammo.
Pre-registration is preferred and can be completed online, or on the day of competition. Learn more about this event at the link below.
