The
Country First Dash for Democracy is Here.
This week kicks off five
powerful Days of Action—each one dedicated to a theme
that directly impacts you, our democracy, and the future of our
country.
You’ll hear from us more often than usual, because every message,
every action, and every voice matters.
So, if you’re ready to take action, here’s how:
In America, our strongest institutions are meant to serve the
people—not politicians. Institutions like the Federal Reserve, the
Department of Justice, and our courts exist to make decisions based on
facts, expertise, and the rule of law—not partisan agendas or
political whims.
But right now, the Federal Reserve—the institution
responsible for keeping our economy stable and protecting everyday
Americans from chaos—is under threat of political
control.
Here’s why this matters to democracy and the lives of
individuals:
- When the Fed sets monetary policy independently, it helps keep
prices stable, protects jobs, and safeguard savings.
- If politicians manipulate the Fed for short-term “wins,” the
result is higher inflation, more instability, and fewer opportunities
for working families.
- Independent institutions are the guardrails of our
democracy—without them, our freedoms and economic stability are put at
risk.
That’s why Congress must act to protect the independence of the
Federal Reserve and all of our institutions. Your
Representative needs to hear from you today.
Click the Action Button below to email or call your
Representative.
Tell them: Keep the Federal Reserve—and all our independent
institutions—free from political control. Protect the stability of our
economy, our democracy, and the futures of American families by
supporting an Independent Federal Reserve.
Authoritarians and political opportunists win when people stay
silent. Use your voice to make an impact.

PS: if you're ready to make more of an impact, we’ve created
a Letter
to the Editor template you can personalize and submit to your
local paper. It’s a powerful way to make sure your Representative
knows the people expect to be heard and expect an independent Federal
Reserve.
