➤➤ Democratic Secretaries Push Back on
Trump’s DOJ Voter Data Power Grab

John.
The Trump administration is demanding voter registration data from states across the country, including from Maine, where Secretary of State Shenna Bellows fired back on these demands in no uncertain terms:
“They really need to stay out of trying to interfere with our safe, free and secure elections.”
She’s not alone.
In Nevada, Secretary Cisco Aguilar is fending off lawsuits from MAGA lawyers trying to dismantle voting protections.
In Michigan, Secretary Jocelyn Benson has faced death threats for defending democracy, and hasn’t backed down.
In Arizona, Secretary Adrian Fontes continues to call out Trump directly for his lies and interference, saying he can pound sand.
We cannot afford to be passive while Trump’s DOJ turns federal power into a political lever he can turn at will. Our democracy depends on courageous leaders in every state and on supporters like you stepping up when it matters most.
These leaders are doing everything in their power to protect fair elections. But they can’t do it alone.
