(En Banc Review) in the NFA suppressor case U.S. v. Peterson.
As noted in the petition, the Fifth Circuit’s opinion
(which currently stands) would appear to allow the government to TAX
and force the REGISTRATION of every privately owned firearm in the
U.S.
That leaves you with two
