John,

Senator Tim Kaine (VA) finds it "extremely troubling" to believe our rights come from God instead of government.

Pushing God out explains Kaine's ease in not recognizing the right to life for unborn babies. Accordingly, he votes with Planned Parenthood 100% of the time.

Thomas Jefferson's words are clear: "All men are created equal . . . endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights." This truth was revolutionary. It broke with centuries of tyranny and declared that freedom is guaranteed by God.

It remains the heartbeat of liberty – for the born and unborn.

We are boldly fighting for the unborn – to date, we have filed 4 amicus briefs to defund abortion providers, and our team is already preparing briefs for the Supreme Court. We are defending pro-life centers and advocates, and we're fighting in the states to defend pro-life policy.

Take action with us. Now is the time to stand boldly for faith, freedom, and life.

We received word on Thursday of a huge win. In Planned Parenthood v. U.S. Department of Health, the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals sided with Congress – and our amicus brief – and ended the flow of taxpayer funding to Planned Parenthood while the case moves through the legal process. For now, this is a win for the pro-life movement.

While today's ruling represents a significant victory, the legal battle is far from over. Read how the ACLJ's amicus brief was consequential in this ruling.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib's rhetoric threatens America. At the People's Conference for Palestine event in Detroit, Tlaib was clear: "What's been tested on the killing fields of Gaza is already being deployed right here in the streets of America."

We cannot stand for this vitriol. Take action with us and demand Congress take action.

On Monday, Islamic State terrorists stormed into a funeral service in Northeast Congo. What should have been a solemn night quickly turned into yet another massacre. Reports from survivors and local leaders indicate that as many as 100 civilians – mostly Christians – were killed.

We are preparing for upcoming oral interventions at the U.N. on behalf of persecuted Christians. Take action with us.

In Colorado, Debbie was told she couldn't host a Bible study in her neighborhood's government-controlled clubhouse, even though it was open to other community events. This is unconstitutional.

With the ACLJ's guidance, Debbie appealed, and the board reversed its decision, protecting her rights. This victory underscores the need to stay vigilant in defending religious liberty nationwide.
