 - H.R. 516 – To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to modify the railroad track maintenance credit
Increases the annual limit on the railroad track maintenance tax credit from $3,500 to $6,100.
 - H.R. 3514 – Improving Seniors’ Timely Access to Care Act of 2025
Protects seniors from unnecessary denials of medically necessary care by streamlining and standardizing prior authorization (PA) in Medicare Advantage.
Congressman Loudermilk cosponsored identical language in the 118th Congress.
 - H.R. 4947 – No Discrimination in Farm Programs Act
Codifies USDA’s July 10th final rule prohibiting the consideration of race-and-sex-based factors when determining benefits under farm programs.
 - H.R. 1046 – Marc Fischer Memorial Act
Implements a digital mail scanning process for federal prisons to detect and eliminate ethe smuggling of dangerous, illegal narcotic into federal prisons.
 - H.R. 4851 – PROVE Act
Requires non-military overseas citizens to prove current residency in a state they are attempting to vote. Current UOCAVA law forces states to let overseas citizens vote in federal elections based on their last state residence, even if they haven’t set foot in said state inyears of have no ties to said state.

 - H.Res. 702, sponsored by Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL), condemning in the strongest terms the September 10, 2025 assassination of Charlie Kirk
