Public invited to review Washington's Draft Performance Evaluation Report

Public comment open until Sept. 29

The state departments of Commerce and Health are seeking feedback on the draft 2024 Performance Evaluation Report, which must be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The draft 2024 Performance Evaluation Report describes the activities and accomplishments during the state's 2024 program year (July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025) for the following programs focused on housing and community development needs:


* Washington state Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
* Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG)
* HOME Investment Partnership (HOME)
* Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)
* National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF)
