The Center’s outpatient substance use treatment program is the only New York State licensed outpatient program specifically designed for LGBTQ+ people aged 13 and up. Your care comes from passionate and affirming professionals. Our recovery program features wrap-around care for couples, individuals, and families that is designed to help you live a healthier life. Clients receive an individualized treatment plan, weekly one-on-one counseling, and facilitated group support. Center Recovery accepts Medicaid and private insurance.

AA Women Together
Sep. 13 | 6–7 PM
This in-person closed discussion meets on Saturday every week from 6-7pm. Lesbian-focused, but all women are welcome.
Kaleidoscope–A TGNC Substance Use Support Group
Sep. 15 | 6–7 PM
This virtual group is for transgender, nonbinary and gender nonconforming people who are looking for support in reducing or eliminating their substance use.
Recovery Peer Support Meeting
Sep. 21 | 1–2 PM

Back to School Fair
Thursday, Sep. 25 | 5–7 PM
LGBTQ+ youth and young adults aged 13–22 are invited to celebrate the back to school season at The Center. Join us for our annual Back to School Fair and meet new friends, discover information about our paid internship programs and healthcare services, and receive complimentary giveaways such as books, backpacks, school supplies, and much more.

Charting the Path Forward: The Future of LGBTQ+ Youth Substance Use Prevention

Join the Prevention, Resources, Information, Data, and Evaluation (PRIDE) Symposium and learn from prevention providers from across NYC as they share best practices, explore innovative interventions, and build stronger networks of support for LGBTQ+ youth.

Parenting Beyond the Binary
Starting Monday, Oct. 20 | 5:30–7 PM
Learn how to support your Transgender and/or Gender nonconforming child (13–18) as they navigate their identity. This 8-week in-person group provides an affirming and supportive space to understand your child's identity, navigate medical choices, and connect with other parents and families on similar journeys.
