This ruling lets ICE stop and detain people based on their appearance, language, or job. It’s racial profiling, and it must be condemned!

This move undermines the very freedoms guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment. We cannot allow our communities to live in constant fear of unlawful arrests just because of how they look, what language they speak, or where they work.
